A RUTHIN company is a finalist for the West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce Recognition Awards for 2021.

Lavinia Stamps, created in 2005, will be in the Business Growth Award category at the ceremony on November 12.

The business started when founding artist Tracey Dutton started designing stamps for the card making industry and they’ve never looked back.

Over the past year, Lavinia Stamps has grown its business by over 130% and now exports to more than 35 countries around the world, directly to individuals and specialist independent retailers.

Trading primarily online with a small retail store and gallery, their customer base has grown significantly, which has benefited from an increased presence on social media platforms with over 3 million page views and over 200,000. unique visitors within the last twelve months only.
